The personal information share and exchanged with Eklavya Shopping Cart will not be shared, sold, disclosed, revealed to third party in any form, for any purposes, at any time. All contacts and sales information included the information/queries from us will remain confidential.

Delivery:

• As soon as we receive your order it will be dispatched within 72hrs. Shipping/delivery of books may be made by Indian Post or the best mode of shipping based on the shipping address.

Domestic Delivery

• The tarrif for shipping/delivery charges shall be paid while confirming the order.
• For better delivery services the complete delivery address with telephone/mobile number should be mentioned in the order.

International Delivery

• International delivery may be possible only to the countries where services of Indian Post/Government of India are available .
• Follow this link: http://www.cbec.gov.in/ to the Customs and Excise Database of Government of India where you can check the applicable duty for any product.     

Inspection:

Customs Authorities/ Airline Security/ shipment services have the right to open and inspect a shipment where situation demands.

Order placed through online payment gateway will usually be executed with following delivery deadlines.

• To all state capitals and metros - 5 days
• To all district headquarters- 10 days
• To any other place - 12-15 days

Delivery Charges

• Flat charge of Rs 50 on purchase upto Rs 499.
• On a purchase of Rs 500 and above the order will delivered to you free of cost.
• In case of magazine subscription, shipping charges are included in the subscription fee.
• In case you buy magazines and book together and the total amount exceeds Rs.500 , the delivery charges will be based on the amount calculated after deducting the cost of magazine subscription.

Tracking Orders

• We will email you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment on your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
• This service is not available in case of Magazines.
• This service is conditional and depends on the courier service as well.
